It’s official V Wars has finally returned to our televisions. The second season of Vince Gilligan and Brian Posehn’s cult classic kids cartoon has finally arrived after a long wait. I can’t say I’m excited, but I do know that I am die-hard V Wars fan. So it’s hard to know what to expect this time around.
First off, we have a brand new V Wars IMBD video preview. This is the first official V Wars after V for adults trailer we’ve seen. This gives fans a taste of what we can expect in Season 2. The V Wars cast includes Star Wars legend Mark Hamill as Jabba, Ewan McGregor as Luke Skywalker, and more. The return of Ewan McGregor’s character follows up on last year’s fantastic Behind the Hazy Sunset mini-movie. He’s back with a vengeance!
Meanwhile, V Wars returns to its classic cartoon roots. The V Wars timeline is basically the same as V for kids, just with some new additions. You’ve got Bobbidi in the second season, as opposed to Fett’s (first season) robot. In addition, you’ve got an entire planet named Boda (an homage to Jawas).
It looks like the new characters will include characters from the Original Trilogy. In particular, we’re hoping for a spin-off focusing on the adventures of Princess Leia, given her huge connection to the Empire in the Original trilogy. That could be exciting, especially if the casting includes some famous names from the Original Trilogy. We also have heard that John Boyega, who played someone very similar to Solo in the first film (ObiWan), will join the cast. That’s exciting, especially since we haven’t heard much about him since then.
The trailers and commercials have shown new V Wars designs, and it looks like the show’s design team is working hard to bring something exciting to the screen. Let’s face it: there’s really nothing new under the sun. The story line may look interesting and unique, but we’ve seen this story before. Still, I’m eager to see what they come up with. The V Wars games have a long track record of being successful, so I figure it’s only fair to give them another go. After all, there’s been a lot of success already!
With all of that said, I think fans will be looking forward to the V Wars announcements more than the actual show. They’ll want to know who will be playing Bobbidi, what their chances are, and whether or not they’ll be facing off against an evil Yoda. While I expect that most of the cast members will be returning to V Wars, I wouldn’t be surprised if a couple of newbies decided to jump in and check it out. As long as they keep playing the games, I don’t see the harm in trying out a new character or two.
The V Wars characters are some of the most exciting additions to the game since the first game. With so much hype surrounding their debut, I suspect it won’t be long until V Wars becomes one of the most popular games on Facebook. For fans of V Wars, the V Wars cast has been given a lot of attention, so there’s bound to be some surprises for V Wars fans around the 2.2 release date! With the new characters, V Wars looks to be going mainstream very quickly.
For V Wars fans who haven’t played V Wars, I encourage you to do so! It’s been recommended to newcomers to get started while they’re still interested, but after they’ve had some time to get a feel for the game, then they can jump in with both feet. I also recommend V Wars for newbies because V Wars is a completely free game, so you don’t have to worry about paying hundreds of dollars to play! V Wars has taken its sweet time off from Vevo and I’m pretty sure they’re going to make another big return soon. I’m looking forward to seeing V Wars with the Vevo cast!
